An event is any detail that has a date and/or time associated with it.
To create an event, create a new stikkit and begin typing. Stikkit identifies events by watching for the hints "on," "at," and "by," followed by a relative or specific date and/or time.
Examples:
Pick up dry cleaning on 11/21/06
Call Melissa at 5p
Buy flowers on Tue afternoon
When you're finished, click Save. Your stikkit will automatically appear on your Stikkit Calendar.
To ask Stikkit to remind you about an upcoming event, type "remind me" at the end of that event's stikkit.
Example:
Emma's teacher conference on 4/20/07 1:30pm remind me
Stikkit will send you an email reminder 15-30 minutes before your event occurs. If you ask to be reminded about an untimed event, such as a birthday or an upcoming trip, Stikkit will send you an alert at 9am in your default timezone.
If, in addition to email, you'd like Stikkit to alert you with an SMS/text message to your mobile phone, tell Stikkit your mobile phone number and carrier
